Background information

Morten comes from a role as Partner and Executive Trainer at Nye Visioner, Scandinavia's largest provider of personal efficiency training courses. Prior to that, Morten has been with Lyreco for 12 years, both as HR Director Scandinavia and as Group HR Director based out of France. He started his HR career as HR Manager at Codan Gummi A/S which was part of the Maersk group. Prior to entering HR, Morten served as an officer in the Danish Army for 11 years.
