2022 Mediq acquires Bunzl Healthcare, investing in a healthcare-only UK supply network.
2021 UK-wide logistics are brought together across five hubs.
2020 365 Healthcare launches Greengard, an eco-friendly PPE and medical supplies range.
2015 Shermond is fully integrated into 365 Healthcare, offering brands including Premier, Universal, Healthgard, and Safecare.
2014 Bunzl Plc acquires 365 Healthcare.
2011 Shermond consolidates operations in Leicestershire.
2007 Southern Syringe Services and Universal Hospital Supplies are rebranded as Bunzl Healthcare, becoming one of the UK’s most comprehensive supply organisations.
2006 Bunzl Plc acquires Southern Syringe Services and Universal Hospital Supplies, companies with over 50 years of medical supplies experience.
2000 Bunzl Plc acquires Shermond and it's well-respected Premier brand.
1990s Bunzl Plc acquires MacCartney Surgical in Ireland, an early move into specialist healthcare supply.
