Klinion® Pre-Filled Saline Syringes

Ready-to-Use | Sterile | IV Line Flushing

Klinion® Pre-Filled Saline Syringes are sterile, single-use flush syringes preloaded with 0.9% sodium chloride (NaCl), designed for the flushing and maintenance of compatible intravenous administration sets and indwelling vascular access devices. Supplied ready to use, they help standardise IV line flushing procedures while reducing the need to manually draw saline from ampoules.
Available in two configurations, these syringes support a range of clinical environments and aseptic workflows:
  • SP – Sterile Fluid Path: Maintains sterility within the internal fluid pathway but is not intended for placement on a sterile field.
  • XS – Externally Sterile: The entire device is sterile, allowing it to be placed directly onto a sterile field while maintaining aseptic technique.
  • Both options are supplied prefilled and ready to connect, supporting efficient flushing protocols and helping maintain catheter patency in line with local intravenous therapy guidelines.
