Klinion Kliniderm Debride and Debride Pocket

Intuitive Design, Gentle Effective Debridement

With an intuitive design Klinion Kliniderm Debride enables a gloved hand or finger to be placed into the product giving the clinician greater control during debridement.
Wound bed preparation is a key element to ensuring optimum wound healing and wound debridement removes barriers such as non-viable tissue, biofilm and foreign material and/or debris from the wound bed.

Mechanical is the most common form of debridement as it is quick, safe and effective with no spcialist training required.
Klinion Kliniderm Debride is designed to provide rapid, gentle, mechanical debridement. Its intuitive design is double sided with a soft continuous edge, the product is placed over a gloved hand or finger enabling improved handleability and control during debridement.

    1. Soak Kliniderm® with approximately 50-60ml of wound cleansing solution
    2. Applying gentle pressure, wipe the moistened side over the wound in a circular motion

    Dressing Change and Removal

    1. Klinion Kliniderm® Superabsorbent can remain in place for up to 7 days, dependent on the condition of the patient and the level of exudate
    2. Replace Klinion Kliniderm® Superabsorbent when the dressing has reached its absorbent capacity or whenever good wound practice dictates that the dressing should be changed
